Pl. a csemegesz&#337;l&#337;-fajt&aacute;ba besorolt Irsai Oliv&eacute;r, amit jelenleg jellemz&#337;en bork&eacute;sz&iacute;t&eacute;sre haszn&aacute;lnak. &Eacute;rdekes p&eacute;lda a saszla is, ami n&aacute;lunk kor&aacute;bban tipikus csemegesz&#337;l&#337; volt, mik&ouml;zben Sv&aacute;jcban jelenleg is kedvelt borsz&#337;l&#337;. <em>Ha m&aacute;r Sv&aacute;jc; milyen meglep&#337;, Sv&aacute;jc borb&oacute;l gyakorlatilag &ouml;nell&aacute;t&oacute;, azaz termelnek annyit, amennyi a fogyaszt&aacute;suk. Persze, az import-export volumen&eacute;t is figyelembe v&eacute;ve j&ouml;n ki ez az egyens&uacute;ly. K&aacute;r, hogy magyar bort elv&eacute;tve tal&aacute;lni, a hazai mellett a francia, n&eacute;met &eacute;s osztr&aacute;k borok uralj&aacute;k a polcokat.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sz&oacute;val n&eacute;h&aacute;ny fajt&aacute;t kett&#337;s hasznos&iacute;t&aacute;s&uacute; fajt&aacute;nak is nevez&uuml;nk, de minden sz&#337;l&#337;fajta term&eacute;se gy&uuml;m&ouml;lcsk&eacute;nt is fogyaszthat&oacute; &eacute;s bork&eacute;sz&iacute;t&eacute;sre is alkalmas lehet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A borsz&#337;l&#337;fajt&aacute;kat k&eacute;t csoportra osztjuk fel, &iacute;gy feh&eacute;rbort ad&oacute; vagy v&ouml;r&ouml;sbort ad&oacute; fajt&aacute;kra. A feh&eacute;r fajt&aacute;kon bel&uuml;l megk&uuml;l&ouml;nb&ouml;ztet&uuml;nk min&#337;s&eacute;gi &eacute;s asztali (t&ouml;meg) bort ad&oacute; sz&#337;l&#337;fajt&aacute;kat. A v&ouml;r&ouml;sbort ad&oacute; fajt&aacute;kon bel&uuml;l megk&uuml;l&ouml;nb&ouml;ztetj&uuml;k a fest&#337;lev&#369; fajt&aacute;kat, b&aacute;r ezekb&#337;l is k&eacute;sz&iacute;tenek fajta tiszta borokat. Ilyen pl. a n&eacute;r&oacute;, amib&#337;l korai fajtak&eacute;nt igen kellemes roz&eacute;kat k&eacute;sz&iacute;tenek mostan&aacute;ban.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A bor- &eacute;s csemegesz&#337;l&#337;-fajt&aacute;k mellett l&eacute;teznek mag n&eacute;lk&uuml;li sz&#337;l&#337;fajt&aacute;k is, melyekb&#337;l a mazsolasz&#337;l&#337; k&eacute;sz&uuml;l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A term&#337;fajt&aacute;k csoportj&aacute;ba soroljuk a direkt term&#337; (Izabella, Noah, Delaware, Ottelo) &eacute;s a r&eacute;gi rezisztens hibridfajt&aacute;kat (Sz&aacute;zszoros, Ezerszeres). Ezek borainak a kereskedelmi forgalomba hoz&aacute;sa metilalkohol tartalmuk miatt tiltott.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A borsz&#337;l&#337;fajt&aacute;kat els&#337;sorban a bel&#337;l&uuml;k k&eacute;sz&uuml;lt bor sz&iacute;ne szerint feh&eacute;r borsz&#337;l&#337;, illetve a v&ouml;r&ouml;sbort ad&oacute;, &uacute;n. k&eacute;ksz&#337;l&#337; fajt&aacute;kra osztjuk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A min&#337;s&eacute;gi borsz&#337;l&#337;fajt&aacute;kra els&#337;sorban a nagyobb cukorterm&#337; k&eacute;pess&eacute;g &eacute;s a finom sav&ouml;sszet&eacute;tel, tov&aacute;bb&aacute; az illat- &eacute;s zamatgazdags&aacute;g &eacute;s a nagyobb extrakt tartalom jellemz&#337;. Ezeknek a fajt&aacute;knak a cukortartalma &aacute;ltal&aacute;ban meghaladja a 18-19 mustfokot. A t&ouml;megbort ad&oacute; sz&#337;l&#337;fajt&aacute;k &aacute;ltal&aacute;ban nagyobb term&eacute;shozam&uacute;ak, viszont a cukortartalom ezekn&eacute;l a fajt&aacute;kn&aacute;l csak 15-16 mustfok. Ez persze term&eacute;skorl&aacute;toz&aacute;ssal m&oacute;dos&iacute;that&oacute;. Remek p&eacute;lda erre az Osztr&aacute;k szomsz&eacute;daink &aacute;ltal magasra emelt z&ouml;ldveltelini, vagy a tucatborb&oacute;l felemelt kadarka p&eacute;ld&aacute;ja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
